Application of Rotary Bar Screen

GF Type rotary bar screen machine, also known as the circular rake grid decontamination machine, rotary solid-liquid separator, is a special equipment for water treatment that can continuously intercept and remove all kinds of impurities in the fluid. It is applied to urban sewage treatment, tap water industry, and also can be used as the pre-screening equipment in the wastewater treatment industry of textile, food processing, paper making, leather and other industries. It is currently one of the most advanced solid-liquid screening equipment in China.

Working Principle

Our GF rotary bar screen is assembled by a unique type of carious teeth, into a set of rotary grid chains. Under the drive of a motor, the caries chain rotates in the direction of the reverse flow. When the crucible chain runs to the upper part of the equipment, due to the guiding of the sheaves and the curved rails, relatively self-cleaning movement occurs between each set of crucible teeth, therefore, most solid materials fall by gravity, and the other part depends on the reverse movement of the cleaner. The movement cleans up the debris that sticks on the teeth.

It can guarantee continuous and stable operation without supervision, and an overload safety protection pin device is installed in the tooth decay. When subjected to gravity or jamming, the protection pin is automatically cut off to avoid overloading the device and protect the drive motor and reducer.
The equipment can be adjusted according to the user's minimum operating interval to achieve periodic operation. It can be automatically controlled according to the level difference before and after the grid, and there are manual control functions to for maintenance, the user can choose according to different work needs. Due to the rational design of the equipment, the equipment has a strong self-purification capability when it works, and it is not prone to clogging. Therefore, the daily maintenance workload is small.

Based on the above advantages of rotary bar screen, it can be widely used in the screening of debris in municipal pipelines, pre-screening of sewage treatment and inlets of cooling water in power plants, textiles, printing and dyeing, slaughter, tanning, paper, wine and other wastewater pre-treatment to prevent clogging pumps.

Control System

The control cabinet system is optional or provided by the customer.
The on-site electric control box is equipped with the start and stop buttons of the equipment and the start, stop and accident signal lights. To save energy, all signal lamps are energy-efficient and are used in the electric control box. There is a motor protector inside, the control cabinet can be equipped with a PLC remote control interface. This electric control box uses a carbon steel antiseptic or stainless steel housing, and it is protected from rain.
